• Payment must be completed before the dispatch of goods.

• We accept most payment methods, including Apple Pay  & Google Pay.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery estimates are 3-5 working days after an item has been ordered. 

• Shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland is complimentary.

• We offer shipping to the rest of Europe at additional cost. 

• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout although they are typically free. 

 

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our goods. 

• Returns are not accepted because every box is hand-made for the client.
